Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-10-15 · GroupButler (operated by Gensi) · Contact: [email protected]

1. Service

GroupButler is an AI-native moderation assistant for Telegram groups: scam-message screening with reason codes, FAQ answering configured by group admins, multilingual replies, and token-contract risk summaries via public data providers. It operates only in groups where a group admin has added it.

2. No financial advice

Token screening results are risk signals aggregated from public sources — not investment advice, not a guarantee of safety, not an endorsement. "OK" verdicts do not mean a token is safe; "HIGH_RISK" verdicts are not a legal determination. You remain responsible for your transactions.

3. AI identity

The bot is an AI system, always disclosed as such. It never claims to be human, never asks for money, seed phrases, or private keys. Any message claiming to be "human support from GroupButler" asking for funds is an impersonation scam — report it.

4. Plans & limits

Pricing is by total members across your groups: Free ≤200, Starter $9.9/mo ≤1,000, Growth $29/mo ≤5,000, Pro $99/mo ≤20,000; number of groups is not limited. Overtier grants a 7-day grace period; scam-detection never shuts off, premium features pause. Free 7-day trial on first activation. Cancel anytime.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, dox, run scams, or evade platform rules. Do not probe, rate-abuse, or resell API access without a white-label agreement (see /whitelabel/v1/health for the B2B endpoint and attribution requirements).

6. Automated actions

Admins configure action policies (flag, mute, ban). Every automated action carries a reason code and is logged. False positives can be appealed in-app; we publish per-family detection and false-positive rates at bc.gensi.space/arena.

7. Liability

Service provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gensi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses from scam transactions that the service did not intercept. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend groups that abuse the service or violate Telegram's ToS through it. You may stop anytime by removing the bot; paid periods are not pro-rated on self-cancellation.
